Our Policies

​Please read our rental policies below for more information on payments, cancellations, installations, and more,

  • We require a 30% deposit on all tent rentals at the time of order placement.

  • Balance due no later than the day of set up.

  • Installation area must be reasonably accessible or an excessive installation charge may apply

  • Cancellations made 30 days before the event will surrender the deposit amount.

  • Cancellations 48 hours or less before the scheduled delivery date will forfeit 100% of the total bill unless a rain date is scheduled. 

  • Additional charges for losses or damaged product may apply

  • Excessive cleaning fees may apply for poor treatment of equipment.

  • Must keep chairs, tables, linens, etc. stacked and kept under the tent or an excessive clean-up charge or an install fee will be applied  on the day of  pick up

  • Excessive cleaning fees may apply to any linens deemed extraordinarily dirty, molded, or damaged.

  • Although we do not require a security deposit, an open major credit card must be available for security and cancellation purposes. 

  • Local checks can be used for deposit only.
